This semester...

This semester has so far been a race. I've felt as if I'm three days behind in everything I do and the pace just kept building. I dropped a class I was failing because I could never find time with the workload I've been getting in all my other classes together. In the final stretch this past week and the last I came close to simply giving up on all the work. Now in the end I'm still far from finished in any of my classes. My projects are all half-baked and my test scores barely scraping by. I'm just not meant to juggle more than one or two jobs. If I only had this class but triple the work load I would be fine, but I'm too absent minded and my brain doesn't like changing gears so often. If I'm to focus on any one thing then I need to focus one just one thing at a time. But the rest of the semester will just be busier.

Finally something to post on this blog. 

I spent too much time on the animation and the original vector and not enough on the text.

sad printers

I didn't want to make just a black background for this poster but I had this awesome set of textures from a stock images site that I used for a smaller project last semester. Not sure I like the effect as much here but that doesn't matter because I realized too late only the higher contrast speckles show up after printing. 

Though my printer running out of color toner made an interesting effect on the red text.

I wonder if it's a problem with the settings the limitations of my cheep printer. This is why I prefer web design. I also realized too late that it says "Oo" there instead of "at". I'm not sure how that happened but hopefully I can reprint it without any more trouble.

Yeah, Whatever

I have nothing to say for this first post. I've always wanted to start a blog but they've never gotten anywhere because I never have anything to say. I did just noticed that blogger has an option for interpreting any HTML I type here so that's something neat to try later. I just need to get this first post out of the way so I can figure out how much they'll let me modify the layout and everything here.

I don't know what else to add, so here's a random picture.

I'll try to be more interesting later.
